On June 10, 17, and 18, Ethan Mo. had his Eagle Project. He gave instructions and explained in detail what we needed to do, and we succeeded in building four solid benches and concreting them into the ground at Trailblazer Elementary!

Stewardship Fair at St. Mark
On two different weekends in October, we had scouts at the Stewardship Fair at St. Mark. We were selling wreaths, and getting the word out about our awesome troop! Pictures coming soon.
9 Cares Colorado Shares
On November 12th, we had scouts at the 9 Cares Colorado Shares event that 9News hosts every year. There were about 20 scouts and adults from our troop helping out in the morning and afternoon. We took and boxed all of the food donations from the community. It was a blast! Pictures coming soon.
Fall Camporee
On October 10, we were at the Fall Camporee! Everybody had a blast, and did lots of cool things, plus they got to showcase our troop to Cub Scouts! As a bonus, the weather was nice!
Ice Cream Social
On July 13, Troop 873 helped scooped ice cream for a couple hours! It was a lot of fun, and we got to eat ice cream, too! Yum!
Fourth of July Parade
On July 4th, we participated in the Fourth of July Parade! We had lots of fun handing out suckers for about to the crowd. We even got photobombed by superheroes!
Troop 873 Summer Camp
From June 12-18, we were at San Isabel Scout Ranch!!! We had a ton of fun doing merit badges of many types from wilderness survival to metal work to archery, rifle shooting, and shotgun shooting! What pics did I miss? Point the pictures out on Shutterfly, and I’ll put them on the site!
OA Cony Party
From 8/19 to 8/21, we had a couple of scouts at an OA gathering. They spent Friday and Saturday night there, and came home on Sunday. A lot of the time, they were doing a service project on a very small amount of food, and with minimal talking!
Evan S. Eagle Project
For a couple weekends in May and June, Evan Stark did his Eagle project! We built and stained four benches from some wood, Trex, and metal braces! They are currently being used in the town of Louviers, Colorado.
Rafting Trip
From 5-21 to 5-22, we had the annual rafting trip! It was a lot of fun and after rafting for three hours, everyone camped at a place near where the rafts landed. Here are a couple photos from it. Enjoy!
